Finding plus size clothing is difficult at the best of times and designers haven't done so well with accommodating larger sizes in their collections. However, I am so thankful that plus sized jeans are always so easy to find. Having a great pair of jeans is a welcome relief to any woman but when you're a plus size and you can rarely find clothes at all, have a sturdy and reliable basic piece is a God send. I have such a great variety of plus size jeans and I wear them all. They are so comfortable and I can always feel safe knowing that I will have an outfit to wear like my jeans which are so fantastically made and of great quality. There are so many varieties and colours and I can either dress them up for a fun night out with the girls or a hot date. Or, I can wear them with sneakers if I am planning a more casual day. They come in so many different shades, cuts and styles and just like the diversity of jeans out there in normal stores the larger sizes are just as funky and modern. The best cut for me is the boot cut style. I have big hips so having a wide leg all the way down my leg makes me look slimmer and therefore I feel even more fabulous wearing them. The baggy styles are a cut to avoid. While they give additional room and would seem those best for a fuller figure, they end up making you look bigger than you actually are because of all the extra fabric. The darker colours are a favourite of mine too. So while there is still a huge gap in women's plus size fashion, what is available in plus size jeans is a blessing.

Plus sized or "larger sizes" clothing is a general term given to clothes sized specifically for men and women of larger build. For women, "Larger Sizes" or "Plus Size" refers specifically to larger clothing labeled size 14 and upwards.
