Recently I've been able to find a whole range of stylish, fashionable and (most importantly), comfortable plus size women's clothing. The variety is amazing. There are so many plus size options to choose from and you don't waste time running around trying to find that "something special". This wasn't always the case and sometimes searching for clothes was an almost impossible task. Being a plus size female, it was never easy to find what you were looking for and most people didn't know how to help. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I actually look back on those times as a moment of joy. Why? You ask. I'll tell you why. Every time I went searching for an article of clothing in the larger sizes, the search would usually end with disappointment. I couldn't find what I was after and what I did find usually wasn't right. Either the material was wrong, the colour wasn't right or the shape was completely inappropriate for my body. However, after all this searching you had to get disheartened until you gave it one more shot. And then... There was that one moment, a moment when all the planets aligned and the god of plus size clothing looked down upon me and pointed me in the direction of what I was seeking most. It was like a treasure hunt, when all the clues help you solve the puzzle and lead you to proverbial pot of gold. The sense of joy was something that could not be replicated and after all the heart-ache, you found something that made you feel good. How times have changed. The search for plus size clothing isn't as hard and there are so many more options in the larger sizes. Now the test of endurance is a question of just how much can you carry home? |
